-Desde Santiago de Chile, Karina Batthyány, Directora Ejecutiva de CLACSO, presentóa el Foro “Diálogo Global de Conocimiento para América Latina y el Caribe” y habóa de la crisis desatada por Ecuador tras el ingreso, el 6 de abril, de fuerzas policiales en las instalaciones de la Embajada de México en Quito.

Analizaron la violación al derecho internacional de parte del gobierno ecuatoriano:
