Working Groups selected for the period 2019 – 2022

Within the framework of this call, 176 proposals were submitted, made up of 7085 members, of which 90 have been positively evaluated by a jury composed of more than 140 renowned intellectuals from 26 countries.

Furthermore, the Steering Committee recommends the following collaborations with the intention of producing synergies that recover the contributions and potential expressed in these proposals:

1. That the approved Working Group “Participatory Processes and Methodologies” coordinated by Alejandro Noboa and Alfonso Torres, be articulated with the proposal “Militant Research: Theory, Practice and Method”, coordinated by Renata Versiani Scott Varela and Pablo Saravia Ramos.”
2. That the approved Working Group “Bodies, territories and feminisms”, coordinated by Delmy Tania Cruz Hernandez and Juia Agustina Díaz Lozano, articulate with the proposal “Situated Motherhoods: perspectives from the south”, coordinated by Johana Kunin and Rosamaría Cerneiro.
3. That the approved Working Group “Borders: mobilities, identities and trades”, coordinated by Miranda Bruno, Mariela Paula Díaz and Yolanda Alfaro, be articulated with the proposal “Migration and border regimes”, coordinated by Corina Courtis and Olga Edger Ortiz.
4. That the approved Working Group “South-South Migration”, coordinated by Claudia Pedone, Caterine Joanna Galaz Valderrama and Marcio Sergio Batista Silveira de Oliveira, be articulated with the proposal “Policarpa Salavarrieta-CLACSO Project”, coordinated by Víctor Manuel Gómez Moreno.
5. That the approved Working Group “Critical Studies in Disability”, coordinated by Víctor Alexander Yarza de los Ríos, Paula Mara Danel and Berenice Pérez Ramírez, articulate with the proposal “Migration and disability in the Central America-Mexico-United States context”, coordinated by Patricia Claudia Brogna and Roberto Rodríguez Melendez.

The verdict of the international jury is final.
