The Latin American Council of Social Sciences (CLACSO) , the Center for Advanced Studies on Childhood and Youth (CINDE/University of Manizales, Colombia) , the Ibero-American Youth Organization (OIJ) , and the Ibero-American Program for Specialized Technical Training (PIFTE) , with the support of the Spanish Agency for International Development Cooperation (AECID) and the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO), invite advanced master's or doctoral students, public policy officials, and representatives of social organizations from Ibero-America and the Caribbean to submit their applications to participate in the Fifth International Postgraduate School of the INJU Network “CHILDHOODS AND YOUTH, DEMOCRACY, HUMAN RIGHTS AND CITIZENSHIP IN IBERO-AMERICA ,” which will be held at the Spanish Cooperation Training Center in Antigua, Guatemala, from the 8th to the June 12, 2015.
The Network of Postgraduate Programs in Childhood and Youth (Red INJU) is one of the thematic postgraduate networks promoted by CLACSO within the framework of the CLACSO Postgraduate Network. Previous editions were primarily supported by the Center for Advanced University Studies of the OEI (CAEU/OEI) and UNICEF (Bolivia), among others. The purpose of these thematic networks is to connect university postgraduate programs on common themes across various Ibero-American countries, in order to strengthen and enrich training in this area.
