This publication constitutes a new contribution from Third CLACSO-FOLEC International SeminarThis volume recovers, revises, and makes available in open access a collection of valuable papers resulting from the presentations and exchanges that took place in that forum. Furthermore, an invitation to participate in this volume has been extended to leading figures in the field of responsible academic evaluation in Latin America and the Caribbean, who have actively participated in other discussion forums promoted by CLACSO-FOLEC.
