From July 17 to 21, the event was held in Manizales, Colombia. V Latin American and Caribbean Biennial on Early Childhood, Childhood and Youth which, through debates, panels and exhibitions, sought to positively impact the improvement and understanding of the realities experienced by children and young people in Latin America and the Caribbean.
