The Latin American Council of Social Sciences (CLACSO), the Knowledge Station for Children's Rights in Bolivia , UNICEF , the Center for Higher University Studies of the OEI (CAEU/OEI), the Postgraduate Program in Development Sciences of the Universidad Mayor de San Andrés (CIDES/UMSA) and the Center for Advanced Studies in Childhood and Youth of CINDE and the University of Manizales (Colombia), with the support of the Spanish Agency for International Development Cooperation (AECID) and COLCIENCIAS , invite advanced master's or doctoral students, public policy officials and representatives of social organizations from Latin America and the Caribbean to submit their applications to participate in the Third International Postgraduate School of the INJU Network (OEI-CLACSO) "Democracy, human rights and citizenship: childhoods and youth in Latin America and the Caribbean", which will take place in La Paz, Bolivia, from May 6 to 10, 2013.
