Opinion – Climate change and its impacts on the Greater Caribbean

The CLACSO Working Group on Crisis, Responses, and Alternatives in the Greater Caribbean and the Norman Girvan Chair of Caribbean Studies at the University of Havana are organizing this call for papers aimed at students, researchers, and social actors interested in and committed to addressing the negative effects of climate change in the Greater Caribbean. The content on climate change in the Caribbean is framed within the broader discussion of sustainable development and the specific challenges that small Caribbean island states, highly vulnerable to climate change, face on a daily basis.
