The Council for the Development of Social Science Research in Africa (CODESRIA) , the institution co-organizing with CLACSO the call for proposals Academic Freedom in the Global South: social and institutional learning from Latin America, the Caribbean and Africa , disseminated the bases and conditions of the initiative on its networks.
