The CLACSO Executive Secretariat, through its Training Program and Postgraduate Network, opens the call for applications to award 15 full scholarships training in the proposals of Higher Education Diplomas that begin in April and May of 2025Young Colombians belonging to social organizations are eligible to apply. The initiative is aimed at young people working for social transformation in their communities as a way to recognize and support their work.

- Advanced Diploma in Care and Public Policy
- Advanced Diploma in Media Education and Political Communication
- Advanced Diploma in Political Economy
- Advanced Diploma in International Health Management and Policies and Health Sovereignty
- Advanced Diploma in Youth: Inequalities, Cultures and Policies
- Advanced Diploma in Technology, Subjectivity and Politics
- Advanced Diploma in Childhood and Human Rights
- Advanced Diploma in Participatory Perspectives and Methodologies for Democratic Deepening
- Advanced Diploma in Climate Change and Just Transitions
- Advanced Diploma in Methodologies for Social Research
- Advanced Diploma in Popular and Feminist Economies
- Advanced Diploma in Scientific and Academic Evaluation
- Advanced Diploma in Public Policy, Crisis and Gender Justice
- Advanced Diploma in Latin American and Caribbean Studies
- Advanced Diploma in Southern Perspectives that Enable (Re)existence: Contemporary Debates on Decolonization
- Advanced Diploma in Protests and Social Movements
- Advanced Diploma in Central American Studies through its Literature
Application requirements
Applications are submitted through the CLACSO website.
The candidates must:
- Select the CLACSO Associated Center with which you have a link.
- Attach a letter of support from the Center with which you have a connection (Letterhead, signature of the highest authority and institutional seal).
- Complete the scholarship application, being able to choose only one of the available proposals.
- Complete an online form introducing yourself and expressing your interest in developing the Higher Diploma.
The available scholarships (15) will be assigned respecting the diversity of CLACSO Centers and gender equity.
An Academic Committee will analyze the applications and award the scholarships; it is not possible to appeal the result.
The results will be reported by CLACSO.
