Presentation of the dossier of the Tekoporá magazine entitled "Deliberative territorial planning in Latin America: between the institutionalization of participation and the production of the commons."

The activity will address the participatory mechanisms of territorial planning in Uruguay, critical contributions to thinking about development processes and conflictive territorial deliberation, and the analysis of regulatory compliance in territorial-environmental matters.
