In commemoration of the centenary of Fidel Castro's birth, this event offers a space for reflection on the enduring relevance of his political and intellectual legacy in the face of contemporary challenges in Latin America and the Caribbean. Through discussions among leading experts from the region, the impact of his thought on integration processes, struggles for sovereignty, social justice, and the construction of political alternatives will be debated.
