 Collaboration Program for Graduate Students ( PEC-PG ). Call for applications for foreigners to pursue postgraduate programs in Brazil.

The list of vacancies offered According to Call for Proposals No. 12/2025 , within the framework of the Program, is available in the site from CAPES/MEC. This initiative, the result of a collaboration between the Coordination Office, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MRE) and the National Council for Scientific and Technological Development (CNPq), offers opportunities for foreigners to pursue, partially or fully, a master's or doctoral degree in Brazil. 

The application period for those interested in master's and doctoral programs opens on Thursday, August 14th and runs until September 29th.

Applications must be submitted through the CAPES/MEC Registration System ( Sicapes The selection process is open to foreigners who are nationals of the participating countries and reside there, but who do not have Brazilian nationality, dual Brazilian nationality, or have the right to Brazilian nationality.

There will be another application period, from October 1 to December 30, for postgraduate students wishing to pursue combined doctoral programs.
