This meeting aims to foster dialogue on community organizing experiences related to community kitchens, soup kitchens, and the informal economy in Peru, Uruguay, and Argentina. Members of the Network of Community Kitchens will participate.
Comunes de Lima Metropolitana, the Coordinadora Popular Solidaria – Ollas y Merenderos Populares por Vida Digna, and UTEP, along with Alain Santandreu, Anabel Rieiro, and Leonardo Rossi, will hold a discussion to share lessons learned, strategies, and challenges related to food, community organizing, and collective sustainability.
