 50 years after the coup in Uruguay

2023 is a year marked by the 50th anniversary of the civic-military coups in Uruguay (June 27, 1973) and in Chile (September 11, 1973) and by the 40th anniversary of the return to democracy in Argentina on December 10, 1983, episodes of contemporary history that are remembered and debated in various activities on “Memories, Human Rights and Democracy”, which we group together in what we call “40 - 50 - 50".
