Plots and Networks No. 5

Issue No. 5 of Tramas y Redes, the open-access, biannual digital journal published by CLACSO, is now available. Tramas y Redes, as a peer-reviewed scientific journal, is one of the many initiatives CLACSO promotes to ensure that the dissemination of academic knowledge influences the development of policies that positively transform the living conditions of the poorest, most oppressed, and most discriminated-against populations.
With this edition, the inclusion of Tramas y Redes in Redalyc is finalized, while the journal is in a position to apply to Latindex Catalog and Scielo during the first half of 2024. Among the indexes of which the publication is already part are LatinRev, Dialnet and DOAJ.
This new issue comprises a thematic dossier on migration and human mobility coordinated by Iréri Ceja and Fernanda Stang, an interview by Salvador Neves with Uruguayan historian Gerardo Caetano, and eight articles submitted through an open call. Additionally, the Archive section, coordinated by Marco Álvarez Vergara, publishes one of Salvador Allende's most significant speeches commemorating the coup d'état of September 11, 1973, in Chile.
