Work, education, territory and society in the post-pandemic context
The second circular for the VI National Conference on Research in Social Sciences and Humanities, "Work, Education, Territory and Society in the Post-Pandemic Context," is presented by the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences of the National University of Patagonia San Juan Bosco (UNPSJB). The conference will be held virtually and is open to the public on June 24, 25, and 26, 2021, in Comodoro Rivadavia, Trelew, Esquel, and Puerto Madryn, Argentina.
On Thursday the 24th, starting at 10:30 AM Argentina and Uruguay time (GMT-3), Karina Batthyány, Executive Secretary of CLACSO, will lead the opening conference. Patricia Pichl will introduce the event, and María Teresa Ortega will moderate.
Within the framework of the VI Conference, the III National Conference on “Studies on Death and Cemeteries Thinking about death during the Pandemic” will also be held, organized by the Research Group “On Living and Dying (GIVIMO),” with the presentation of Conferences and papers.
Mindful of the participatory nature that guides the organization of the VI Conference, the formation of the Academic Committee has been made possible thanks to the proposals presented by Institutes and Laboratories, while the Organizing Committee was formed with the contribution of the Departments of the Careers of our FHCS.
On the other hand, 38 Working Groups have been formed, proposed by the Research Units, Research Projects, and Departments. These groups have presented a wide range of topics and invited us to share experiences, progress, achievements, and results of research processes and discussions. This Circular details each of these Working Groups, indicating their Coordinators, as well as the guidelines for the presentation of their work.
