 A new issue of the magazine Internet Ciudadana was presented: "The Right to Communicate in the Digital Age"

The new issue of the magazine Citizen Internet, Titulado The Right to Communicate in the Digital Age, produced in co-edition with the Democratic Communications Network.

This special issue arises from the debates of the Communication Forum held in the X Bogotá Conference, and features the participation of members of CLACSO Working Group on the Political Economy of Information, Communication and Culture, as well as the CLACSO Working Group on the Appropriation of Digital Technologies.

The journal invites reflection on contemporary disputes surrounding digital access and sovereignty, platform concentration, the power of data, and the challenges of guaranteeing the right to communicate in today's technological age. It also offers a pluralistic perspective that brings together the voices of academics, activists, and social organizations committed to the democratization of communication in Latin America and the Caribbean.
