The government of the Fourth Transformation, headed by the president Andrés Manuel López Obrador, will reorganize and reorient education in Mexico and will repeal the education reform which represents the continuation of neoliberal policies, the Undersecretary of Higher Education asserted. Luciano Concheiro Bórquez.
Participating on behalf of the Secretary of Public Education, Esteban Moctezuma Barragán, In National Meeting of Member Centers of the Latin American Council of Social Sciences (CLACSO), Concheiro Bórquez assured that the president's instruction is to establish education as a human rightthat it be universal, inclusive, free, secular and compulsory.
