Recovery with gender equality and climate justice

Recovery with gender equality and climate justice

This book is the product of a strategic collaboration between We Effect Latin America and the Latin American Council of Social Sciences to create a fund to support research in Latin America on the problems of the right to food and sustainable habitat faced particularly by rural, peasant, indigenous and Afro-descendant women in the region, and the alternative ways in which they have organized themselves to defend and sustain these rights.

The volume presents works that highlight different processes of struggle and resistance from the territories and communities, which present alternatives to the new dominant normality and seek to contribute to the strengthening, empowerment and influence of grassroots organizations, of women, indigenous people, peasants and other communities and social groups of the continent.
