It will be necessary to raise awareness that reckless debts granted to illegitimate governments must be forgiven because they were a swindle perpetrated against the peoples of the Global South, supported, of course, by corrupt governments disciplined in the neoliberal economic doctrine, who thus fulfilled the mandates of the Empire of the day and of transnational financial capital, after having betrayed the required service to popular sovereignty.
