Eduardo Aguado López is awarded an honorary doctorate.

The Óscar Ribas University (UÓR) of Angola announced through its site who granted the title of Honorary Doctorate to the professor and researcher of the Autonomous University of the State of Mexico (UAEMéx), Eduardo Aguado López.

The award was unanimously approved by the university's Senate and highlights Aguado López's academic and scientific career, as well as his contribution to strengthening open access to knowledge as a global public good.

The decision by the Óscar Ribas University of Angola to award this honor to Eduardo Aguado López It highlights the relevance of its work in facilitating free and public access to knowledge as a human right, which transcends the borders of Latin America.

Eduardo is a member of CLACSO Working Group Open Science as a Common Good, Redalyc y AmeliCA.
