New DORA Report: Lessons learned and recommended actions on the adoption of narrative CVs for gender equality aimed at research funders

This document is the result of the DORA research funders' discussion group, the Community of Practice of Funding Organizations for Gender Equality (CoP FORGEN). It was published as a short report summarizing the key learnings and recommended actions from a joint workshop held in September 2021. More than 120 participants from over 40 funding organizations located in 22 countries came together to address current knowledge gaps regarding the use of narrative CVs in grant evaluation and to optimize their use as a tool for responsible research assessment.
