Immigration

 Immigration

CLACSO and UAM-Cuajimalpa present a new volume in the Key Words collection: Readings for this Century, which presents knowledge produced by the social sciences in Latin America in an accessible way for a non-specialist audience. The nine reflections that make up the collective work Migration offer guidelines for rethinking the uncertain and contingent nature of the dynamics that are part of the new regional migration pattern affecting Latin America and the Caribbean. Using interwoven key terms such as subjectivities, migrant children, xenophobia, and precarious work, among others, the contributors to this work seek to contribute to politically engaged research with a transnational call for migrant justice.
