The Falklands and the Struggles for Sovereignty in Latin America

On September 16, the book “The Falklands and the Struggles for Sovereignty in Latin America”, a work co-published by CLACSO and the Honorable Chamber of Deputies of the Nation.

The publication, which involved representatives from various political and academic spheres in Argentina, other countries in the region and the United Kingdom, brings together 15 dissertations from the “Malvinas Forum and the struggles for Sovereignty in Latin America”, held in November 2018.

To discuss the work and the significance of the Malvinas issue, CLACSO TV and CLACSO Radio consulted four of its protagonists: Professor of International Law Armando Abruza, Malvinas War veteran Ernesto Alonso, Senator Fernando “Pino” Solanas, and National Deputy Daniel Filmus.
