Luciana Ghiotto analyzes the Próspera case and the new challenges of corporate power.

Luciana Ghiotto, co-coordinator of the CLACSO Working Group Lex mercatoria, corporate power and human rights , was interviewed by Página/12 about the case of Próspera, an Employment and Economic Development Zone (ZEDE) located in Honduras.

In the interview, Ghiotto analyzes the workings of Prospera, its legal and fiscal structure, the conflict with the Honduran state, and its relationship with international investment arbitration. He also addresses the connections between this case and the current debates surrounding the RIGI and Super RIGI in Argentina.
