The CLACSO Working Group on International Health and Health Sovereignty presents a new edition of the South-South International Dossier, which is part of the joint work with the FLACSO RD International Health Program (Dominican Republic Program) and arises from exchanges with the Observatory of Medicines and Collective Health, a research space that it integrates together with the Institute of Studies on Health Policies of the Association of Medical Propaganda Agents of the Argentine Republic (IEPS-AAPMRA).

This Special Edition, which is titled "The three 'D's of SARS COV2 vaccines in Latin America and the Caribbean: determination, dependence and lack of coordination," It presents an in-depth analysis matrix on three dimensions of study on SARS-CoV-2 vaccines in the case of Latin America and the Caribbean.
