The employment situation in Argentina during the pandemic

The Center for Labor Studies and Research (CEIL) of the National Council for Scientific and Technical Research (Conicet) of Argentina presented the report "The employment situation in Argentina during the preventive and mandatory social isolation due to the Covid-19 pandemic", based on a self-administered survey of 528 union delegates from the public sector, services, commerce and industry.
The work was carried out by the Study Team on Trade Unionism, Conflict and Territory, made up of Juan Montes Cató, Lucas Spinosa, Patricia Ventrici and Hernán Palermo.
The survey was conducted in 16 Argentine provinces during the first two weeks of April 2020.
