The right wing wants to destabilize Bolivia

Pilar Lizárraga, a Bolivian economist and geographer, militant and activist of the indigenous and peasant movements of the Plurinational Community State and member of the Steering Committee of the Latin American Council of Social Sciences, analyzed for CLACSO Radio the attempts by conservative sectors to destabilize Bolivia by not recognizing the first-round victory of Evo Morales in the elections of October 20.

When asked in Havana during the 100th Meeting of the CLACSO Steering Committee, Pilar Lizárraga also reviewed Evo Morales's administration since he became president of his country in 2006 and stated: "Bolivia is no longer a Bolivia of exclusions, it is a Bolivia in which the diversity of societies is expressed, and in which citizens can live with dignity and also with social, economic and political security."
