The Latin American Council of Social Sciences (CLACSO), the Network of Postgraduate Studies and Centers for Migration Studies (MIGRARED), the Center for Studies of Conflict and Social Cohesion (COES) and the Interdisciplinary Program of Migration Studies (PRIEM) invite advanced master's or doctoral students, public policy officials and representatives of social organizations from Ibero-America and the Caribbean to submit their applications to participate in the IV International Postgraduate School International Migrations, Global Policies and Social Inequalities: New Scenarios from Latin America , which will take place in Santiago, Chile, from September 25 to 29, 2017.

The Network of Postgraduate Studies and Research Centers on Migration (MIGRARED) is one of the thematic postgraduate networks promoted by CLACSO through its Postgraduate Network. Previous editions were supported by the Center for Advanced University Studies (CAEU). The purpose of these networks is to connect postgraduate university programs from various Ibero-American and Caribbean countries around common themes, in order to strengthen and enrich training in the field.
