IV Brazilian Meeting of Science Communicators

Mario Ayala, co-coordinator of the CLACSO Working Group on Latin American Studies: National, Regional and Transnational Perspectives , participated in the IV Brazilian Meeting of Science Communicators (EBDC 2026), which took place from September 5 to 7 in São Paulo, Brazil.

The meeting, whose theme is "The South as Center" , brings together popularizers, communicators, journalists and researchers to discuss the production and communication of scientific knowledge from Latin America and Africa.

Ayala participates in the panel “Scientific communication as resistance to the Global North”.
