Juan Martín Guevara speaks about his brother “Che”
On October 8, 1967, Ernesto “Che” Guevara was captured in the Bolivian mountains and taken to the schoolhouse in La Higuera where he was gunned down on October 9, exactly 55 years ago.
In an interview with CLACSO.tv, Juan Martín Guevara , 15 years younger, spoke about his brother Ernesto in his lesser-known facet of the intimacy of the home, becoming the "Che" of the Cuban Revolution of January 1, 1959, about the last letters to his mother before leaving for Bolivia and how his image endures through time.
