Towards building consensus for a care agenda in the region

On Wednesday, May 19, the seminar “Towards building consensus for a care agenda in the region” was held, organized by the Ministry of Women, Gender and Diversity of the Argentine Nation, within the framework of the Argentine Pro Tempore Presidency of the Meeting of Ministers and High Authorities of Women of Mercosur.
In addition to Elizabeth Gómez Alcorta, Minister of Women, Gender and Diversity of Argentina, representatives of the Mercosur states participated: Karina Batthyány, Executive Secretary of CLACSO (Uruguay), Corina Rodríguez Enríquez (Economist, PhD in Social Sciences and Researcher at CONICET (Argentina), Patricio Dobrée, Center for Documentation and Studies (Paraguay) and Lucía Scuro, Social Affairs Officer of the Gender Affairs Division of ECLAC.
