Food, energy, and financial sovereignty should be the guidelines for a common agenda in the region to guide the comprehensive development of Latin American countries, according to Julio Cesar Gambina, an Argentine economist and specialist in political economy.

During his visit to Bolivia and Tarija, Gambina referred to the economic situation in Argentina due to the government's liberal policies and contrasted it with Bolivia's economic model, which allowed the country to lead economic growth in Latin America and reduce poverty rates.
