The Germán Abdala Foundation is a space for training, debate, and the production of ideas, designed by and for workers and the world of work. We believe in the State as a tool for transformation and social justice to build an egalitarian and inclusive society, where no social sector is left behind and where being a worker is a source of pride and a fundamental right.
Why do we do it?
We reflect, train, and produce from and for the labor movement, with the objective of:
- Strengthen trade union organizations.
- To produce content from the labor movement.
- Establish technical work teams with political management capacity.
- Create spaces for training and debate for workers.
- To contribute to the fields of management and communication to the various workers' organizations.
Our team
We are a diverse and interdisciplinary team of government employees with experience in various areas of government management and a background in academic research and outreach. Currently, we have the following departments:
- Environment

- State and public policies
- Work studies
- Urban studies
