Academic program

The Master's Program in Development Studies and Management is a space for study and reflection on the meaning of development, understood as a comprehensive process aimed at transforming society in order to contribute to the promotion and improvement of the quality of life for all people. Through interdisciplinary work and discussion, the program contributes to the training of leaders of social change, to reflection on the fundamental problems facing society, to the formulation of public policies that contribute to their solution, and to the fostering of a social entrepreneurial spirit.
This program is characterized by a solid theoretical and technical foundation for the design and implementation of social projects and programs with a strong social commitment and an interdisciplinary vision to improve the quality of life of disadvantaged groups. Likewise, graduates possess the skills and mastery of specific disciplinary knowledge for the formulation, implementation, and evaluation of policies for the development and improvement of quality of life for people in different regions. Furthermore, graduates demonstrate a high level of social commitment to addressing concrete problems with a critical and proactive approach.
