Academic program
The Master's in Educational Administration and Regulation aims to: Promote in-depth study, research, and knowledge production on topics related to educational administration, with a special focus on the organization and management of services and schools and their regulatory mechanisms. Contribute to the development of a new generation of education managers and administrators with transversal skills that enable them to analyze and understand different strategies for planning, implementation, monitoring, and inspection of educational administration and management, that is, in pedagogical and developmental aspects, human resources, chartering, the school network, and financial resources.
This master's degree is aimed at professionals in the education sector who seek to specialize and perform functions in the scientific areas of administration, institutional evaluation, supervision, inspection, organization and management of services and institutions, among others.

Holders of a bachelor's degree or legal equivalent with prior education in the area of Educational Sciences;
Holders of a bachelor's degree in another area but with professional experience in education/training;
Holders of a foreign higher education degree awarded after a first cycle of studies organized in accordance with the principles of the Bologna Process by a State adhering to this process with professional experience in education/training;
Holders of a recognized academic, scientific, or professional curriculum vitae attesting to their ability to complete the master's degree.
