Academic program
The program emphasizes training professional researchers with the highest ethical standards from and for Latin America, going beyond traditional theories of Sustainable Development so that, from a critical position and with a territorial emphasis, they are able to propose specific solutions to the challenges of sustainability, in accordance with the environmental, economic and social particularities of the territories, in the national and global contexts.
This postgraduate program is designed for professionals from all fields of knowledge, with a particular focus on sustainability research, especially from territorial perspectives. Therefore, professionals from all regions of the country are encouraged to apply if they wish to acquire, develop, deepen, or consolidate critical analytical research skills grounded in strong methodological components. The program aims to attract regional faculty, consultants and analysts from the public and private sectors, members of multilateral organizations, and members of community organizations.
