Academic program
To train science teachers with rigorous academic preparation in the field of environmental science and sustainability, enabling them to participate in research activities, contribute solutions to environmental problems, and pursue doctoral studies. All of this is based on interdisciplinary scientific knowledge that considers the complex relationships between society, economy, culture, technology, and nature. The master's program is research-oriented.
Develop studies and participate in research projects in the industrial and service sector on environmental issues that require a balance between economic, technological, environmental and socio-cultural aspects.
Apply scientific and technological knowledge to the management of environmental processes, which include the analysis of the impact of social, economic, political and cultural activities on the environment and the proposal of solutions to problems of deterioration and pollution.
To practice academic work with broad knowledge and skills specific to interdisciplinarity.
Continue doctoral studies in the area of Environment and Development.
