Academic program
To consolidate the training of high-level, critical and supportive researchers from different disciplines, guiding research processes towards understanding the educational problems of Colombia, Latin America and the world from the internationalization of knowledge, providing alternative solutions according to the demands of the world.
Upon completion of the program, the student will be able to:
Identifying problems, designing solutions, proposing changes and transformations in the educational and social field
To carry out and guide academic and research processes framed within Education, pedagogy, curriculum, didactics, evaluation and management
To develop critical thinking that reflects on the concepts related to human beings, society, and culture that underlie the various educational proposals, and with all this, to be able to contribute to the strengthening and creation of schools of thought from their specific area of knowledge
To conceive, design, and implement substantial and relevant research processes with academic rigor and ethics that contribute to public policy
To build projects and propose theories and practices that make possible the dialectical unity of praxis-reflection-action

The program is aimed at professionals from various disciplines who are interested in the field of education. Applicants must hold a master's degree or its equivalent in research and/or intellectual production.
