 University teacher training in the context of social distancing

On Friday, July 3, the inaugural open class of the University Teaching Update Program (PADOC) of the Union of Teachers of the University of Buenos Aires (FEDUBA) was held virtually on the topic of “University teacher training in the context of distancing”.

The opening conference was titled: “Higher education and the pandemic: impacts in the short, medium and long term”, by Axel Didriksson, from the UNESCO Chair of University and Regional Integration of the UNAM of Mexico.

Coordinated by Lorena Soler, Undersecretary of Postgraduate Studies FSOC-UBA, the following also participated: Karina Batthyány, Executive Secretary CLACSO; Carolina Mera, Dean of the Faculty of Social Sciences UBA; Federico Montero, General Secretary, FEDUBA; Esther Levy, Co-director of PADOC; Pablo Molina Derteano, Co-director of PADOC.
