Feminisms, work and trade union action: dialogues between Europe and Latin America

• The essays must be an original and unpublished work by the author(s) and must not have been previously submitted to any publisher or call for publication.
• Provisional versions and works that have already been published or that have received any local, national or international award will not be accepted.
• Members of the Steering Committee or staff of CLACSO, as well as the management of the University Institute of Women's Studies of the University of Valencia or IESCODE - UNPAZ, may not apply.
• Submissions will not be accepted from individuals who are currently participating in research calls or who have won awards in research competitions organized by CLACSO in the last 3 years.
• Applications from individuals who have previously received scholarships or awards will be accepted, provided that at least two (2) years have passed since the delivery of the revised version of the final report and all contractual obligations duly undertaken have been fulfilled.
• Essays should have a maximum length of 80.000 (eighty thousand) characters including spaces and footnotes. They must be written in Times New Roman 12-point font, single-spaced, and adhere to CLACSO's editorial guidelines, as well as APA + GENDER style.
• The essay format will be free, respecting the conventions of presenting an academic and publishable text.
• They must be signed with a pseudonym and the name of the authors will not be included anywhere in the essay, including footnotes.
• Once the winning essays have been selected, the organizing bodies may request the authors to make the necessary adjustments and changes for publication.
• Final essays written in Spanish and Portuguese will be accepted.

• The academic evaluation of the essays will be carried out by an Evaluation Committee of five people, coordinated by professors Nora Goren and Adoración Guamán and made up of those designated by CLACSO, IESCODE – UNPAZ and the Institute of Women's Studies-UVEG.
• Applications will be reviewed for their formal and administrative aspects to ensure compliance with the call for proposals. Proposals that do not meet the established requirements will not proceed to the content evaluation by the Committee.
• In evaluating and selecting the winning essays for this call, consideration will be given not only to the quality of the essays submitted and their consistency with the objectives and standards established herein, but also to gender equity and the diversity of regional representation.
• The Committee will draft and publish the opinion, which is final and cannot be appealed.
• All situations not covered in this document will be resolved by the Committee.

• The competition will award a prize to each of the 10 best-rated essays, consisting of:
• The winning essay will receive a prize equivalent to 500 US dollars.^[1]One author of this winning essay will receive support to participate in an international seminar.
• The next four selected essays will each receive a prize equivalent to 250 US dollars.^[2].
• The following five selected essays will also participate in the publication of a collective printed and digital book, as will the other five winners.
• The winning essays will be published in print and digital media, giving them wide publicity and dissemination.
• The authors will assign to CLACSO the original publication rights of the works.

It is mandatory that the submission be made through the online registration system provided by CLACSO. Printed submissions and submissions sent by email will not be accepted. It is recommended to access the online system to review the registration form. 

1. Access the CLACSO website clacso.org.
2. Register in the CLACSO Single Registration System (SUIC). The generated username and password will be required each time you wish to access the system to consult, modify, add, or submit information for this or any other CLACSO activity. Applicants who are part of collective proposals must open a single form This will include all researchers on the team. One of the authors must also be designated as responsible for registration. This same person will receive the monetary award if the trial is selected by the Evaluation Committee.
3. Identify the essay by indicating its title and the pseudonym(s) of the applicant(s). Submissions with pseudonyms that correspond to the applicant's first and/or last name(s) will not be accepted. Once the corresponding fields are completed, the system will enable the upload of the following data.
4. Applicants must complete the sworn statement on the registration form indicating their affiliation with a CLACSO Member Center. The list of member centers can be found at: www.clacso.org.ar/clacso/centros_miembros_clacso/inicio.php.
5. Complete the personal and academic data form and attach your resume in free format; a digital copy of your identity document, passport or ID card and a photograph.
6. The essay must be attached to the form.
7. Once registration is closed, the system will produce an electronic certificate of receipt that will serve as proof.
