Elections in Chile: an electoral landscape with many questions
On Monday, November 17, the day after the first round of elections in Chile, Alexis Cortés, Director of the Doctoral Program in Sociology at the Alberto Hurtado University of Chile and representative of the Faculty of Social Sciences of that institution in CLACSO, and Marco ÁlvarezRepresentatives from the CLACSO Steering Committee for Chile analyzed the results in an Instagram Live session ahead of the second round, to be held on Sunday, December 14. They will compete for a seat in the Presidential Palace. Jeanette Jara, from the “Unity for Chile” coalition, and Jose Antonio Cast, of the Republican Party.
