Puebla Group in Buenos Aires
The Latin American leaders who are members of the "Puebla Group" are holding their second summit in Buenos Aires on November 8, 9 and 10, 2019, with the presence of the host Alberto Fernández, who will assume power in Argentina on December 10, accompanied by, among others, José Mujica, Ernesto Samper, Dilma Rousseff, Fernando Lugo, Marco Enríquez-Ominami, Fernando Haddad and Clara López Obregón.
Leandro Morgenfeld, a member of the CLACSO Working Group “Studies on the United States”, covered the opening of the Forum for CLACSO Radio.
The Puebla Group, founded on July 12, 2019, in the Mexican city of Puebla, is a political and academic forum. Its stated objective is to articulate progressive ideas, production models, development programs, and state policies. It is composed of presidents, former presidents, political and social leaders, and academic figures from twelve countries around the world.
