Love as a poetics of the relationship

Love as a poetics of the relationship

Feminist discussions and decolonial artivisms

CLACSO Working Group Epistemologies of the South

This book is a relational endeavor that journeys between aesthetic and theoretical-political debates, artistic proposals, and vital acts of transference to generate collective resistance to any claim of universality. It is an invitation to move beyond the abstractions of thought devoid of time, body, and place; to undo and unlearn the grammars of power and replace them with an “erotic poetics of relationship.” In this case, it is inspired by feminisms of contiguity and empathetic, loving listening that seek to repair and heal the colonial wounds that produce binaries, separate thoughts and feelings, and establish the nature/culture divide.
