Inequalities and youth in Latin America and the Caribbean
UNESCO, the Network of Studies on Inequalities of El Colegio de México and CLACSO invite students, policymakers, researchers, activists, journalists and youth leaders to the Second edition of the free course “Inequalities and youth in Latin America and the Caribbean”.
This massive open online course (MOOC) explores the challenges of inequalities associated with youth in our region, proposes strategies to address them, and suggests ways to encourage participation, social inclusion, and the fulfillment of human rights.
It begins on June 23 on the MiríadaX platform, lasts for 4 weeks, and features the participation of renowned experts and organizations from the region, exchange forums, interactive maps, videos, podcasts, songs, and more.
Luis Carrizo, A psychologist specializing in Social Psychology, Consultant to the UNESCO Regional Office for Science in Latin America and the Caribbean and Academic Coordinator of the course, was interviewed about it on Wednesday, June 16th in InfoCLACSO.
