Challenges and proposals from Latin America and the Caribbean

As part of the trip of members of the CLACSO Executive Secretariat through Central America and the Caribbean, on Thursday, February 13, a panel and a conference were organized in Cuba to address the issue: “Debates on scientific evaluation: challenges and proposals from Latin America and the Caribbean”.

Gathered at the Havana Convention Center on the occasion of the 12th International Congress of Higher Education, the panel included Karina Batthyány, Executive Secretary of CLACSO, Axel Didriksson from UNAM in Mexico and María Isabel Domínguez from CIPS in Cuba, coordinated by Pablo Vommaro (Director of Research at CLACSO) and Marta Rosa Muñoz (FLACSO).

The day concluded with a conference on scientific evaluation led by Karina Batthyány.
