 Inequality crisis. Reconfiguring power for a new eco-social contract.

Within the framework of the XV Regional Conference on Women in Latin America and the Caribbean, the United Nations Research Institute for Social Development (UNRISD) and CLACSO launched on Monday, November 7, UNRISD's new flagship report, " Crisis of Inequality: Reconfiguring Power for a New Ecosocial Contract ."

During the event, the coordinator and lead author of the report, Katja Hujo , presented the main findings, followed by a round table where academics and activists Eleonor Faur (IDAES, UNSAM) and Verónica Gago (UBA, UNSAM, CONICET) and the Social Affairs Officer at ECLAC, Lucía Scuro , shared reflections and experiences.

The seminar featured an introduction by Karina Batthyány , Executive Director of CLACSO, and Francisco Cos-Montiel , from UNRISD, and was moderated by Pablo Vommaro , Director of Research at CLACSO.
