Shipping requirements
A detailed proposal of no more than 700 words, including justification, objectives, tentative program, facilitator profile, target audience, methodology, keywords, and the corresponding thematic area. Proposals may be submitted in Spanish, Portuguese, or English (with translation into official languages).
Recipients
Universities with open research programs, specialized non-governmental organizations, government STI institutions, educational technology companies, regional academic networks, foundations promoting open access, library consortia, scientific management platforms, and any organization with specific expertise in open science.
