• Victor Chanfreau (Chile). Former spokesperson for ACES and member of the October 18 Coordinating Committee for the freedom of political prisoners.
• Jairo Estrada Álvarez (Colombia). Doctor of Economic Sciences from the Hochschule für Ökonomie Berlin, professor in the Department of Political Science and Coordinator of the Master's Program in Latin American Political Studies at the National University of Colombia.
