El CLACSO Working Group Crisis and World Economy It joins Brazilian institutions and the international community in condemning the destabilizing and coup attempts of the current President of Brazil, Jair Bolsonaro, who has not publicly recognized the victory of Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva in the presidential elections of October 30.

It is urgent to denounce the anti-democratic and coup-plotting actions of Jair Bolsonaro, which, we trust, will not succeed in reversing the will expressed at the polls by the Brazilian people.
